MV Construction | Development is a boutique Chicago firm with an extensive background in construction, completing more than 200 renovations over the past decade. Coupling this knowledge with our intimate understanding of the Chicago market provides us the tools to successfully identify and purchase value-add properties, including multi-family, mixed-use, single-family and condominiums.

Michael Valente had a successful career at a Fortune 500 logistics company as a top sales representative but had other plans. He pursued his passion for real estate and left his corporate job to work alongside a boutique Chicago construction firm. After 5 years of on-site experience with the nuts and bolts, Mike formed MV Construction | Development.

He continues to serve high-end renovation clients and partners with well-known interior designers and architects. He lives and breathes Chicago development. Having purchased his first investment property in 2012, he has since acquired and repositioned multiple properties personally and for investors throughout Chicago.

Mike’s experienced team of tradesman manage the day-to-day construction operations, while Mike communicates with clients and investors, and focuses on new development opportunities.
